Refund and Returns Policy


Terms and conditions of Samacbd (hereinafter referred to as “samacbd”, “We”, or “Us”) Returns and Exchange Policy:

Samacbd endeavors to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

For any incorrect product delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in your order confirmation, we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Please note that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by us.

If any product delivered to you has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Only requests for exchange made within 48 hours of delivery of your consignment shall be considered by us.

If you receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 48-hour time period from delivery of the consignment, and if the product of your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check up to 30% offabout, offer you a refund which will be processed in 14 working days from time of receipt of the returned product to us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment.

Orders once placed, cannot be canceled. 

To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at customercare@samacbd.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as to exchange requests as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient
